Brookswood Bootcamp is a women’s fitness club where workouts are fun, energizing, and made for every fitness level. Our fitness boot camp exercises help you burn calories, build strength, and feel confident in a supportive, women-only space. Our fitness trainers lead fitness boot camp exercises in a friendly environment. The group fitness classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and take place at South Langley Church. We welcome women from Langley City, Brookswood, Aldergrove, Murrayville, South Surrey, and Cloverdale.

The Journey Behind Brookswood Bootcamp
Brookswood Bootcamp started in 2024 with a simple vision to create a fun and welcoming women’s fitness club for the Brookswood community in Langley, BC.
The goal was to make fitness bootcamp easy for women to join and help them feel confident and connected. We created a space where women can enjoy a supportive environment, get stronger through HIIT workouts, and have fun building a sense of achievement and community.
