6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

A minimum 30 days notice is required for cancellation by contacting us at brookswoodbootcamp@gmail.com - Refunds will be provided as per our Refund Policy below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

When a class is cancelled for reasons beyond our control we will make every effort to have a make up class, which could be on any day of the week/ any time of day. If this day/time is not convenient for the client it is considered forfeited and no refund is issued. In the event a make up class is not possible we will issue a refund for the cancelled class.

If you have paid for classes but cannot attend for a medical reason we require a doctors note prior to issuing a refund.
