Our women's fitness bootcamp sessions are comprehensive group fitness classes for women that combine various exercise modalities to give you a full-body workout. Class dates & times

We run three group fitness classes per week:

  • 📅 Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

  • ⏰ Choose between 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM

 

All classes are led by certified group trainers.

Flexible Drop-In Fitness Classes

Brookswood Bootcamp offers flexible drop in workout classes for women who can't commit to a full monthly program but still want to experience our empowering sessions. This is a perfect way to try us out or add extra workouts to your routine. Our drop in fitness classes in Langley BC ensure you never miss out on your fitness goals due to a busy schedule.
